When can I transact business with the Credit Union?

• The MNCPPC Federal Credit Union is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • During this time all transactions are taken in a timely fashion.
  • The phone lines are open between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
  • All check requests need to be requested by 2:00 p.m.
  • Checks can be picked up until 4pm.
• The Montgomery County office is open on Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays generally are slower days than Mondays and Fridays.
  • Avoid Mondays and Fridays whenever possible.
    • Response time is slower and often Credit Union personnel do not have time to discuss loan applications, credit issues or major requests.
